  • Cameroon Robusta coffee beans are highly prized for their deep, earthy, and chocolatey flavor profiles, making them excellent for espresso blends. Export-quality roasted beans require specific moisture limits and roast profiles to meet global standards.
  • Moisture Content: Max 12.5% (Pre-roast) 
  • Admixture / Impurities: Max 0.5% to 1.0%, 
  • Bean Size: Typically screens 15 to 18,  
  • Defect Rate: <2% black, broken, or bleached beans
  • Processing Method: Wet (washed) or Sun-Dried Natural.
  • Shelf Life: Up to 15-24 months for green beans, and up to 15 days for peak flavor once roasted
  • Packaging: Typically bulk 50 kg or 60 kg jute bags.
